Overview

In this personalized live experience of making Lac products, the participants will learn under the mentor Avaz Mohammed, an artist whose family has been practicing this form for more than seven generations. Avaz has represented India at many international exhibitions and has taught over 11000 students of different schools and colleges of India and abroad.

While giving special and personalized attention to everyone, he makes sure that no one misses out on any information or learnings. The workshop is held at his studio only, so the participants also get to see the maestro's personal exhibits.

The Lac art in Rajasthan has been around for centuries. Known for their charming colors and vibrant and flawless finish, the lac work is used in making jewelry, decorative pieces, and architectural work.

The art piece created at the end of the workshop can be taken back as a souvenir along with a certificate.
